Shipping, warranty & returns
How is it shipped?
In a plain box with only a shipping label. No branding or product name on the outside. Orders ship from our East or West Coast warehouse, whichever is nearer, and most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 11:00am CST ship the same day.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Pro has a 1-year warranty, with a free replacement if it's faulty.
Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (return shipping is paid by the customer). Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 days. See the refund policy.
